Mahendra is a  leader in engineering with over 20 years of product development experience obtained in Silicon Valley working with startups and such Fortune 500 companies as Verizon. He effectively built and led geographically distributed engineering teams in delivering high quality products to the market in a timely manner. His expertise includes architecting high availability cloud based software, microservices architecture, application development in Java, Database systems - NoSql and RDBMS. 
 

Mahendra architected and developed state of the art messaging and voice products at Verizon interfacing with Google, Microsoft and Yahoo. From 2000 through 2008, Mahendra held critical roles at three Silicon Valley startups: FireTide, TeraBurst and Jasmine Networks.
 

Mahendra authored IEEE conference papers on Mobile IP in late 90s. He holds patents in Messaging and Location Based services. Mahendra obtained his Masters degree in Telecommunications from the University of New South Wales, Australia and Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur.

Bo was the former CEO of Firetide Inc, a recognized technology market leader providing networking solutions for video surveillance applications. Under Bo’s 9-year tenure, Firetide achieved an average annual growth rate of 89% and became a global leader offering technologically differentiated wireless networking solutions for mission-critical applications to the most demanding customers worldwide. Firetide’s customer segments include government for public safety, transportation agencies, industrial customers and telecommunications service providers with 1000s of installations globally. He also established an effective research and development center in India for Firetide.

Bo held major leadership roles as the GM and VP of Sony Corporation of America, Senior VP of Ericsson and Corporate VP at Sony Ericsson. He started his career at Fujistu Japan. He sits on several other technology company boards. Bo has an MBA from the University of Gothenburg and MSc in Applied Physics from Chalmers University/University of Tokyo.

Sudip has 15 years of experience in software development, testing and architecting complex

software systems ranging from application software to storage software . He has worked in

Fortune 500 companies like Netapp, Western Digital where he worked as a technical lead

responsible for architecting and leading the development efforts for various projects. Recently

he has worked as a project lead for designing a solution for ESL.

On academic front Sudip has completed his Bachelors of Technology from NIT, Silchar in

Computer Science and Engineering.

Ravi Naik has 15+ years of experience in Software Testing, Development and Devops across Wireless, Networking, Storage and Big Data domain. He has good experience of working in many early stage startups and building products. Recently he has worked on developing solution for ESL product.

He has a Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from Vishweshwaraiah Technological University, Mysore.

Sathya has 7 years of experience in developing various Java based applications. She has worked in reputed companies like Wipro Technologies and for many reputed clients like Bestbuy, Mastercard providing solutions, design and responsible for development, bug fixing, unit testing, maintenance.   Sathya obtained her Bachelors degree in Information Technology from Anna University, Tamilnadu.

Cassandra is experienced in developing with Javascript and React.

She is working on a project for a major US carrier in the US developing and modernizing the UI

for a telecom performance tool. She has considered performance issues with rendering charts

and tables with many data points in ways that allow for a fluid user experience.

Cassandra developed her frontend skills at App Academy in San Francisco.
